Problem

I need to send mail from an external mail server to an internal Microsoft Exchange Server, but it refuses all mails.

Solution

Use this procedure for NETWORK LEVEL trust:

In the Exchange Managemente Console expand:
Local Microsoft Exchange -> Server Configuration
Click on HUB Transport
In Recever Connettor, right click on Default SRV-EXCHANGE
Click on Properties
Click on Network tab
Add the trusted IP in the bottom area.

Run this command for APPLICATION LEVEL trust:
(not in power-shell, but in the Exchange Administration Shell)
Add-IPAllowListEntry -IPAddress <IP>
