On Windows 7 the print spooler service crashes and all printers disapper.

You must:
- backup the registry
- check the spooler service (must be down)
- check the event viewer looking for the dll of the driver that crashes the service
- run regedit.exe as Administrator
- open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\<NT_version>\Drivers\Version-3\<driver_name>
- locate the folder where there is the bad dll and delete it
- reboot the system
