Problem

My Windows 10 pc has a core al 100% because of a System process that i cannot terminate

Solution

Run task scheduler. Browse to task scheduler library, Windows, Memory Diagnostic. If "RunFullMemoryDiagnostic" is running, stop the task (no more cores at 100% cpu) and deactivate it ...else download Windows SDK (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk) and run Windows Performance Recorder (in the Windows Performance Toolkit) to identify the process responsible of the overload and upgrade/remove it.
