On Windows 8 and 8.1 the task-manager has cpu, memory, network and disk statistics. On Windows Server 2012 the task-manager has only cpu, memory and network stats, but not disk stats. I want to enable them.

On Windows Server 2012 disk statistics are disabled for performance reasons.

You can enable them running in a command prompt:
diskperf -Y

P.S. You cound need to reboot.
